Crisp juniper forward with hand-foraged coastal gorse flower petals, sea kelp, and sweet coriander.
46.0% ABV • 70CL
Lightly peated single malt, matured in charred American white oak casks nestled right at the high-water line.
57.0% ABV • 50CL
Bold, complex marine profile infused with wild sea fennel and samphire harvested from the granite cliffs.
Our custom 250-litre copper alembic still, affectionately nicknamed "Morwenna", allows us to run distillation batches at meticulously controlled low temps.
This custom process binds impurities and yields an exceptionally smooth finish, allowing the delicate floral botanical aromas to blossom. Each bottle is finished by hand-waxing with a rich copper seal.
Our micro-distillery operates from a renovated Victorian coal depot directly overlooking the waves of Mousehole Harbor. Surrounded by sea spray and wild granite cliffs, our environment molds the unique character of our barrels.
