1. Project Engagements & Estimates
All client projects are governed by an agreed technical proposal outlining deliverable scope, design milestones, and delivery timeline. Any requested additions beyond the signed scope are subject to a separate estimate or standard studio hourly rate.
2. Payment Milestones & Schedules
Standard website engagements require a 50% deposit before design sprint kickoff, with the remaining 50% due upon staging approval prior to domain DNS launch. Monthly care and hosting plans are billed on recurring 30-day cycles.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of final payment, 100% of the custom design, bespoke code, and content created specifically for your website transfers to you. Zawn Studio retains the right to showcase the completed work, case studies, and performance benchmarks in our portfolio.
4. Website Care & Hosting Terms
Care plans include NVMe cloud hosting, SSL certificates, automated daily backups, and ongoing security updates. Clients on active care plans enjoy priority support for minor content modifications and technical tuning.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Every website delivered undergoes rigorous QA testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices with guaranteed 90+ Google speed and mobile performance standards upon launch. We offer a 30-day post-launch bug warranty on all bespoke builds.
