Scope of Services
Zawn Studio provides web design, brand identity, and AI search optimization (AEO) services. The specific scope of your project is defined in your "Project Proposal." Any work outside of this initial scope will be subject to a new quote or an hourly rate.
Payments & Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 50% commencement fee before design work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the live deployment of the website.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the full intellectual property (IP) of the website design and its bespoke code is transferred to you. Zawn Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
Performance & Warranty
While we engineer every site for maximum uptime and speed, Zawn Studio is not liable for business losses resulting from third-party server outages (e.g., AWS, Vercel) or changes to search engine algorithms beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
